Where do I park?
There is ample parking in and around the venue – free after 6pm. Also limited disability parking spaces in front
of the Church

Accessibility?
The venue is fully disability-friendly and there will be a reserved area in the worship area for wheelchairs
 

Can I get a seat?
The event is all standing however if you have mobility issues there will be a small amount of seating
available – please contact the team if you would like to discuss reserving a seat.

What about food and drink?
The café and refreshment areas will be open for drinks and snacks. Please note no food or drink is
allowed in the worship area. Card and cash payments taken

Is this event suitable for children?
We suggest adults and older teenagers – any under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
 

Mobile phones?
We request that they are on silent or airplane mode to ensure uninterrupted worship
 

Filming?
There will be discreet photos/filming by the organisers on the evening, please respect others if you
are using your own devices. Permissions granted on your ticket.
 

Can I donate further on the night?
Yes you will be able to donate on the evening via the website or donation station
